CHRISTIAN GODARD'S COMICS ART EXHIBIT AT BASSILLAC AND LOUVRES FESTIVALS RETROSPECTIVE

An art exhibition consisting in panels retracing Christian GODARD's career in the comics world was presented at the Bassillac comics fest and the Louvres festival. Imagined and compiled by Francis GROUX, co-founder of the Angouleme International Comics convention and adviser to the Bassillac festival, this exhibition introduces lesser-known aspects of Christian GODARD's prolific and varied creations, from his debuts under the alias EME to recognition and success as one of the most innovative and influential comics artists and writers of the 20th and 21st centuries in the "French-Belgian" comics style.
